Lucem House started their 10th Anniversary week with a Monday Matinee showing of the Hitchcock classic 'Notorious' And what an afternoon it turned out to be!

Guests included Deputy Mayor of St Helens Councillor Bisi Osundeko, Jaq Chell CEO of Cinema For All and Lucie Kordacova her head of Finance and Operations.

It is also the 100th Anniversary of Community Cinema and Cinema For All organised a visit from ITN to film and interview Jaq and Lucie along with volunteers and audience members.

We've been informed that the item will be on ITN 6.30pm national news either today (4th) but most probably Wednesday the 5th.

Considering there are over 1,600 community cinemas in the UK we feel incredibly proud that St Helens own Lucem House Community Cinema Plus+ was chosen to be on national television. Another first for the town.
